Optimizing functional and aesthetic outcomes in post burn head neck reconstruction remains a surgical challenge. Recurrent contractures, impaired range of motion, disfigurement because disruption the subunits face, can result poor patient satisfaction ultimately, contribute to social isolation patient. Despite advancements reconstruction, such as advent free-tissue transfer, split thickness skin graft mainstay cover most care institutions around world. Usually is required raw area after release contracture. But case contracture associated with non-healing ulcer which may become source infection then grafting for should be done before In this study we are sharing our experience first was & done.
